Ready to dive into the captivating world of public relations at The Hoffman Agency? Buckle up, because I am going to tell you about my time here!

The Hoffman Agency is a growing public relations company that offers a unique and dynamic international experience.

Since joining the French team in July 2022, I have witnessed its rapid growth and have been warmly welcomed by colleagues from around the world.

Being part of a rapidly expanding company is an incredible experience, as everyone contributes in their own way to shape and improve the agency and its image. Here, everyone has a place and can freely express themselves, regardless of their role, which creates a strong bond between teams and truly makes everyone feel like an integral part of the company.

Furthermore, Hoffman values the professional development of its employees. It regularly offers training opportunities, whether it’s participating in internal workshops, attending industry conferences or taking online courses. Employees can constantly develop their skills and stay at the forefront of the latest trends and best practices in public relations and communications.

I have gained a deep understanding of the public relations profession at Hoffman — and what a discovery! The tasks and missions are incredibly varied, from managing client relationships to collaborating with journalists, to writing, strategy, internal and business development as well as administrative tasks.

Finding missions that we are passionate about is easy in this diverse field. At Hoffman, we work mostly in the B2B technology sector, and believe me, there’s never a dull moment!

The tech industry is constantly evolving, full of innovations and exciting challenges to tackle. The Agency’s clients are often innovative and industry-leading companies that offer unique opportunities to contribute to building their brand images and participating in their successes.

Yet, I believe that the public relations profession is still misunderstood, at least in France. During my studies, the relationships between a press officer, journalists and clients were rarely discussed. It is a job that happens “behind the scenes,” but shines bright on the activities and know-how of the clients we represent.

During the past three months of training with the American team at Hoffman, I’ve received valuable recommendations and advice that, in my opinion, are useful for everyone. Such counsel includes the importance of prioritizing tasks to avoid being overwhelmed by missions and managing time effectively, as well as mastering and understanding feedback. Although feedback is often overlooked, it remains an essential element for professional improvement, both in the short term and the long term.

I have found that working at Hoffman is a rewarding and stimulating PR experience. The Agency offers an international, dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for continuous learning, professional development and meaningful contribution to client projects.
