- Our team analyzed the factors motivating individuals with hearing loss to seek professional diagnosis. We identified a common theme: the influence of those in their immediate circles encouraging them to take action.
- Our key message centers on the impact of addressing hearing loss in fostering stronger relationships.
- To effectively convey this message, we employed three persuasion tactics:
- Conducted Singapore’s first dedicated study on caregivers of hearing loss patients
- Created a family-focused video for Chinese New Year 2022
- Amplified our message through expert opinions
