Approach

  • Our team analyzed the factors motivating individuals with hearing loss to seek professional diagnosis. We identified a common theme: the influence of those in their immediate circles encouraging them to take action.
  • Our key message centers on the impact of addressing hearing loss in fostering stronger relationships.
  • To effectively convey this message, we employed three persuasion tactics:
    • Conducted Singapore’s first dedicated study on caregivers of hearing loss patients
    • Created a family-focused video for Chinese New Year 2022
    • Amplified our message through expert opinions

  • Video: Reach was 573% above KPI, Engagements were 249% above KPI
