Approach
Our team analyzed the factors motivating individuals with hearing loss to seek professional diagnosis. We identified a common theme: the influence of those in their immediate circles encouraging them to take action.
Our key message centers on the impact of addressing hearing loss in fostering stronger relationships.
To effectively convey this message, we employed three persuasion tactics:
Conducted Singapore’s first dedicated study on caregivers of hearing loss patients
Created a family-focused video for Chinese New Year 2022
Amplified our message through expert opinions
