Hoffman Singapore, which opened in November 1996, was The Hoffman Agency’s first international office, and now serves as a base for client activities in South Asia, Southeast Asia and Australia. Our clientele ranges from large MNCs sitting pretty on the Fortune 500 list, to lean, hungry startups fighting hard to get there.

To meet the needs of our diverse client portfolio, we hire people from equally diverse backgrounds, with experience in various industries — from aviation, corporate relations, enterprise technology, financial and defense industries to consumer and lifestyle.

The old world of PR has changed — arguably even more so in Singapore, where the media pool has shrunk drastically. So what do we do?

We roll with it. We apply problem-solving to everything from content creation to dynamic storytelling, social media management and organic search. We take a fresh approach to address our clients’ challenges, centered around strong narratives to deliver content in the most effective ways possible.

Dare we say, that’s why we’ve served some of our clients for close to 10 years. Familiarity breeds contempt? Not when you pair our deep client knowledge with industry expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit that sees us constantly exploring new ideas.

And for new clients? Having a background in B2B technology certainly helps — we’re used to making the complicated look easy.

Take one client — a forex trading company. Even without any direct expertise in the team, we embarked on a mission to know everything between pips and spreads, buy-stop and stop-loss. The result? Fifty tier-one pieces of coverage that reached over 42 million readers, listeners and viewers in just eight months.
