PRCA APAC Awards 2025
Very Large Consultancy of the Year APAC

Here's why we took home gold at the PRCA APAC Awards 2025:
Despite a turbulent global backdrop in 2024 — marked by right-sizing in the tech sector — Hoffman APAC’s trajectory didn’t slow down. We continued to grow with focus and intent, deepening our specialization, expanding our team, and strengthening our presence across the region.
While we’re now officially recognized as a ‘large consultancy,’ we continue to operate with the speed, sharpness, and chemistry of a boutique. 2024 was proof that our consulting-led, tech-focused model isn’t just scalable — it’s resilient.
- 🔬 Built for Tech and Built Differently:
While other agencies diversified or generalized, we stayed committed to solving real business problems for the tech sector — particularly in deep tech, AI, and semiconductors, which continue to shape the global economy.
We serve not just individual clients, but interconnected tech ecosystems — enabling us to advise strategically across industries like data storage, connectivity, and chipmaking. In 2024, we worked with brands such as:
TSMC, the world’s leading chipmaker
ASML, the world’s leading chipmaking facilitator
Nvidia, Supermicro, Samsung, and MediaTek — new additions to the portfolio
Long-term partners including Zoom, TikTok, Visa, Heidrick & Struggles, Ripple, and Nutanix
We also took on bold new challengers like:
CloudMosa, a pioneer bringing internet access to underserved markets via feature phone software
OceanX, a mission-driven organization advancing marine conservation
HKSTP, Hong Kong’s leading innovation ecosystem builder
Western Digital, which awarded us a blockbuster multimarket assignment to reimagine its data storage story
This focus isn’t by chance — it’s strategy.
- 🌐 Multimarket PR, Reimagined:
More than HALF of our APAC revenue now comes from multimarket assignments — and not because we follow the industry playbook.
We rebuilt the traditional hub-and-spoke model into a more collaborative, decentralized structure called Hive Jive. This framework lets every market lead when it makes sense, unlocks local insights faster, and enables fluid cross-border teamwork — all powered by a single global P&L.
We now run global and regional campaigns using three adaptable models:
Centralized: A single lead market in constant sync with others
Regionalized: A regional hub tailored for local granularity
Blended: Agile teams formed across markets to enable 24/7 servicing and smart feedback loops
This model let us scale multimarket programmes across Asia and beyond, leading to a major milestone: Hoffman APAC was repositioned as AMEA (Asia, Middle East & Africa) in 2025.
It’s a move that bucks the industry norm, where the Middle East and Africa are typically folded under Europe. But for us, it made strategic sense. The shift reflects where the momentum is — and how we operate: as a connected, opportunity-driven network across high-growth markets.
- 👥 Culture That Retains, Develops, and Delivers:
In a year of industry-wide churn, we leaned into our people. 78% of staff said they were proud to work at Hoffman, and 78% stayed. We made 38 promotions. 21 people took paid sabbaticals (available to all after four years).
We believe this blend of continuity and dynamism is what fuels our best work — for clients, and each other.
- 🏁 2025 and Beyond: Scaling Smart, Staying Sharp:
We’ve grown significantly in size — but not at the cost of who we are. Hoffman AMEA continues to prove that sharp, consulting-led, B2B tech-focused agencies can scale without becoming generic.
