Nous recherchons un Consultant RP Sénior (Senior Account Executive) ou un Responsable de comptes (Account Manager) pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance en Europe, plus précisément en France, où notre large portefeuille de clients est en pleine expansion.

Le poste

En collaboration avec l'équipe d’Hoffman Europe, vous assistez la Directrice de clientèle et la Directrice de l’agence dans la gestion et la fidélisation de plusieurs comptes internationaux de l’agence en France, en élaborant et réalisant des campagnes médias variées et créatives, et travaillerez en binôme avec une consultante junior.

Le profil

Vous êtes passionné(e) par les relations avec les médias, le marketing digital, les réseaux sociaux et la création de contenu et vous connaissez bien le fonctionnement d’une agence et le paysage médiatique de la tech. Vous êtes à l’aise avec le fonctionnement de l’industrie tech, ses objectifs et comment les aligner avec des objectifs stratégiques de communication.

Vous avez 2 à 4 ans d’expérience dans le domaine, mais si vous manquez d'expérience sur certains points, nous veillerons à vous former, vous conseiller et vous offrir le soutien et les opportunités nécessaires pour développer ces compétences. Vous êtes ambitieux(se), autonome, proactif(ve) et capable de vous adapter rapidement. La curiosité est également une qualité essentielle pour réussir dans ce poste. Vous avez une très bonne plume et le sens du contact. Vous êtes parfaitement fluent en anglais. Les missions :

  • Gestion de comptes et de projets : vous participerez à l’élaboration et à l’exécution des campagnes de communication d’un portefeuille de clients avec la volonté de développer et de faire progresser chaque compte et garantissez la satisfaction des clients dont vous avez la charge grâce aux résultats délivrés.
    Vous serez amené(e) à gérer les délais et à apporter les idées nouvelles et la proactivité nécessaires pour atteindre les indicateurs clés de performance avec précision et agilité.
  • Relation clients : vous prendrez part activement à la prise de décision, l’identification des problèmes, la recherche de solutions dans la gestion des relations avec les clients de haut niveau, pour leur proposer des recommandations claires et réalisables. Vous tissez une relation de confiance avec eux.
  • Relations média : vous apporterez proactivement votre soutien en matière de relations médias, en identifiant les opportunités médiatiques adaptées aux clients, en développant des angles d'approche pertinents et en tirant parti de votre solide réseau de contacts dans les médias, le tout en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe (en France et à l'international).
  • Rédaction : vous assurerez la rédaction de contenus qualitatifs à des fins diverses (blogs, communiqué de presse, avis d’expert, études de cas, awards) et ferez preuve d'une grande attention aux détails, en adaptant le contenu aux différents publics.
  • Marketing : vous participerez à l’enrichissement du blog mondial d'Hoffman, des réseaux sociaux, et à nos propres activités de marketing en Europe pour renforcer la notoriété de notre marque.
  • Reporting : vous partagerez des rapports précis et de grande qualité, signalerez la couverture médiatique et communiquerez efficacement les résultats, le tout dans les délais impartis.
  • New Business : vous apporterez un soutien essentiel à l'équipe en menant des recherches approfondies et en travaillant à ses côtés pour coordonner et développer le contenu des présentations commerciales.

Les qualités et compétences essentielles recherchées :

  • Compétences linguistiques : ce poste est principalement destiné au marché français, c'est pourquoi votre langue maternelle doit être le français. Cependant, vous ferez partie d’une agence internationale donc votre anglais écrit et parlé doit être courant. D’autres langues sont bienvenues.
  • Penser avec un esprit intégré : vous utilisez votre expérience des campagnes intégrées mêlant relations médias, réseaux sociaux, événements, contenus digitaux pour proposer des idées pertinentes aux clients et contribuer à la croissance organique des comptes.
  • Résolution de problèmes : vous anticipez les obstacles potentiels et êtes en mesure de les signaler à vos principaux responsables, en travaillant avec eux pour résoudre les problèmes et maintenir les projets et les comptes sur la bonne voie.

Lieu de travail

Ce poste est hybride, avec une moyenne de trois jours au bureau et deux jours de télétravail.

We are on the lookout for a digital account manager with a flair for paid and organic and a strategic mind to join our growing marketing services division.

As the digital account manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering organic social, PPC and digital content campaigns for clients. You’ll work closely with the SVP of Marketing Services, you will manage an SAE and work closely with our designer and PR team to ensure integrated approach. You’ll also be regularly using our insight tools to deliver customer content and asset performance reporting.

This role is perfect for someone with 4 years’ experience in digital marketing account management and client relationships. This experience must come from paid and organic social media, paid search and paid display advertising. Experience working in the B2B space; ideally within technology, is also necessary.

While social media and B2B influencer marketing is the core skill we’re looking for, we’re seeking  someone with a genuine interest in the whole digital marketing mix. The ideal candidate will understand and be able to demonstrate the principles of SEO and content marketing as well as having a real desire to learn about and be exposed to integrated marketing planning.

Main job functions

Account Management

  • Be a custodian of the Hoffman brand and ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to over all brand touchpoints
  • Take briefs/plans from the SVP of Marketing Services and translate them into actionable tasks (SLAs and account plans)
  • Ensure that client SLAs are in place, managed and met, with responsibility taken for the fulfilment of client activity
  • Own and manage the creation and delivery of tasks on client accounts according to agreed plans, working with account leads to allocate tasks appropriately
  • Ownership of, and accountability for, all key account processes (reporting, influencer relations, content creation, social media etc) – approving work from junior team members, providing full and frank feedback and guidance, and on-the-job training where required. Raise issues of concerns with mentors
  • Leadership of account team meetings and client calls/meetings
  • Ensure account profitability i.e. monitoring servicing levels on an ongoing basis
  • Plan and prioritise marketing campaigns using an integrated, multi-channel approach to drive awareness, increase website traffic and capture new leads, meeting the goals outlined

Social Media & Influencer Marketing

  • Create social media channel plans and content calendars
  • Conduct social media audits
  • Create creative asset briefs for platform-specific content
  • Manage and optimise paid and organic social media channel campaigns in real-time
  • Copy creation for social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns and content against KPIs and benchmarks, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements
  • Use of social listening tools to provide data analysis and insight

Integrated Marketing Planning

  • Support the Marketing Services director on the delivery of diagnostic and strategic marketing services projects (e.g. brand audits, etc)
  • Lead on the aggregation and analysis of digital platform data (primarily social, SEO and google analytics data) to derive actionable user and customer insights

Skills & Knowledge Development

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the marketing mix

Person Specification

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Planning Account Director to be a senior member of our rapidly growing Marketing Services team.     • Guide and oversee media planning and activation teams, ensuring strategies are optimized for performance, aligned with client KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, pipeline velocity), and leveraging the latest platform capabilities.

  • Proven expertise in building out scopes of work, project plans, detailed budgets, and resource allocation plans for complex, multi-faceted digital campaigns, particularly for global clients.

  • Demonstrable and strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, with a significant emphasis on paid and organic social media design.
  • Proven experience in designing effective visuals that drive engagement and achieve marketing objectives on social platforms.
  • Solid understanding of design principles (typography, layout, colour theory, imagery) and their application in digital and print formats.
