    In 2024, we chose focus over breadth - strengthening our hold on semiconductors and AI, growing ecosystem-based consulting, and expanding regionally through a single P&L model that encourages real-time collaboration, not silos.

    Fee revenue rose steadily over the past five years, and in 2024 we expanded in high-growth markets like Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and South Korea. But growth wasn’t just measured in numbers - it was reflected in the kinds of businesses we attracted and retained.

    More than half of our revenue now comes from multimarket work.

    Our dynamic “Hive Jive” model replaces outdated hub-and-spoke structures with smarter, more adaptive collaboration. Markets lead when it makes sense. Teams form across borders based on need. And our single P&L means fewer handovers, more chemistry, and faster output.

    We operate three flexible hub models:

    • Centralized: One core lead, tightly synced with support offices

    • Regionalized: A local lead with deep market specificity

    • Blended: Agile teams built from multiple markets for 24/7 service

    This multimarket muscle helped us win the mandate to lead Hoffman AMEA in 2025 — expanding our remit to include Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. While others lump MEA with Europe, we moved closer to momentum markets that reflect how we actually operate.

    We’ve built our business on depth, not volume. Our focus has always been on cultivating long-term relationships with clients who value strategic partnership over transactional support.

    40% of our clients have worked with us for more than three years. Among our top 10 accounts, 8 have partnered with us for over four years — a reflection of the trust, results, and shared ambition we’ve built together.

  • 🎓 Developing Geeks, Not Just Generalists:

    Specialization doesn’t just live in our client list—it’s baked into our culture.

    We made 38 promotions in 2024. 21 team members took four-week paid sabbaticals. While other agencies were cutting staff, we added to our roster - including leaders in digital, finance, and operations.

    We hire differently. Our talent includes journalists, designers, public affairs experts, videographers, and creative leads - creating cross-functional teams that break the mold of traditional PR delivery.

    Our career philosophy is fluid. If a high-performer wants to shift gears, we make room - because growing people is how we grow the agency.

    In 2024, we won 12 awards and were shortlisted for 32 more, including SABRE APAC Technology Agency of the Year for the fourth consecutive year. But beyond the trophies, we’re pushing the industry forward.
