The time is right to grow our performance marketing team with a Data Analyst. 

This is a new role, but you won’t be alone. You will be joining a global media and digital marketing team spanning the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

This role will be a member of our performance marketing team working on our biggest global engagements and making our work better through data. Ideal candidates will be excited about evangelizing for the analytics discipline and fluent in the various technologies, platforms and best practices that define the online communications and media space. The position will directly report to and work with our Boston-based Chief Digital Officer but may support teams across all global practice areas.  

As a Data Analyst, you will be implementing and developing innovative measurement strategies, leading business intelligence efforts executing analyses designed to drive deep understanding of stakeholder behavior and integrated communications performance. 

The Fundamentals

  • Work with Global teammates to create visually compelling reporting and insights that allow clients to easily evaluate performance across social media, earned media, and digital analytics. 
  • Develop report structures, data visualization, and insights to deliver strategic recommendations. 
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of both well-established and new-to-market digital marketing analytics tools and platforms, specifically web analytics and social listening platforms. 
  • Evaluate and recommend the best analytics tools for the agency, clients, and channels 
  • Evangelize the use of data to inform decision-making at all levels internally and externally. 
  • Develop and apply strategic measurement frameworks to form the basis of ongoing performance assessment and optimization across paid, earned, and owned channels. 

Your Expertise

  • Strong capacity to translate data and research into strategic insights and recommendations 
  • 2-3 years relevant full-time experience; preferably in Social Listening, Marketing Analytics, and/or Digital Analytics. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studios 
  • Experience with business intelligence dashboard tools like Tableau or Domo would be a plus 
  • Agency background a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree, major in STEM preferred
